As a client, you will have personalized access to Guerra Law’s online portal, MyCase, which will enable to you to stay apprised of the latest developments as they arise. Your MyCase online portal will be accessible 24/7 and provides a secure environment to communicate, upload documents, view billing invoices, internal litigation deadlines, and to keep up with court hearings and other events relating to your case. Instead of relying on scattered case status emails, the MyCase client portal is our main platform for communication. All the features within the client portal are designed to save you time and reduce stress, while providing opportunities to enhance attorney/client communication.

Calendar

Our integrated calendar system is accessible to our clients and attorneys assigned the case which lists all upcoming events of your matter, such as court hearings, discovery deadlines, and other relevant details regarding your matter.

Document Sharing

All pertinent documents associated with your case are securely stored online. Clients are encouraged to upload documents onto the portal, where you will be connected to attorneys and staff assigned to your matter and to view and access uploaded materials.

Billing & Payments

The online portal allows you to view or download invoices generated regarding your case and provides an option to make secured billing payments online.

Secure Communication

Attorneys and clients can exchange messages securely within the online portal. Communications will be organized and filed according to the type of correspondence, such as by emails, direct messages, text messages, etc. The online portal provides a platform to enable attorneys and clients to communicate sensitive, privileged information and materials.
